The showroom
is beautiful. I wanted to buy every single design. Great customer service and sales
etiquette from Heidy. Every inquiry I had came back with an a prompt answer. Thank you on helping me
with my new designed kitchen. Oh and the cup of coffee was good as well.

I don't usually review companies, but this one deserves some time to do it. I will start by saying that at
D'cassa the customer service is wonderful, understanding, very helpful. After going to several places,
going throug
h D'cassa was the best decision I made, especially Heriberto, who captured very well the
idea of what I wanted for my kitchen and designed the kitchen of my dreams, he helped me with
everything. My kitchen is really beautiful! I will definitely come back w
hen I go to remodel my bathroom.

I am so happy to be working on my new kitchen with D’CASSA. Gaby has been amazing with us, since we
talked about the
project for the first time she captured all my ideas and has been super flexible with all
my requests, and trust me I am a perfectionist. I could not believe when I saw the render for the first
time how it looked like the kitchen of my dreams. Also, D’CASS
A’s showroom is beautiful, I enjoy it every
time I go. I can't wait until my kitchen is done, I will be updating my review with the pictures once it's
finished!

team was able to make a complex process seem simple. They have great ideas and really know how to

After being paid in full, Maydet and the crew still reached out, still followed up, s
till drove an hour from
Miami to Palm Beach to adjust things we wanted changed, to add a shelf, to move the LED lights. Many
times.
They worked with me on price. They worked with me on

. They were honest with me and
professional and delivered on

time service.
Maydet also helped me find appliances, shop accessories, and recommended things that had no
revenue gain for her. It’s rare to find quality work and honest people these days and we appreciate this
company. One of the best experiences we have
ever had with (our many) house projects.

The experience at D’Cassa has been amazing! All the girls there are very polite and professional. They
take their time to explain everything. They walk you through the process. Recommend this place for
your dream home design.

Amazing experience
! For someone who has been shopping around for a kitchen at several locations, by
far this was the best and most professional place I encountered. From when I first walked in there, the
customer service was wonderful. Extremely kind, understanding, patient
and helpful. The whole process
from beginning to end has been great. Great employees, products and presentation. I haven't found any
other location that will give as professional of a presentation as D'Cassa. Their renderings are amazing
